Shopping & Availability

What’s the difference between “Pre-Order” and “Shop In Stock”?
“Pre-order” secures your item before it’s made—guaranteeing your size and fit is ordered just for you. “Shop In Stock or Current” shows what’s currently available for immediate dispatch—no waiting needed.

What is “Call the Reorder”?
“Call the Reorder” signals that a previous collective could return—if enough collectors request it. It’s not guaranteed, but it’s way for the collective to vote.

What is “Claim Yours”?
“Claim Yours” means the item is set aside for you—with no upfront cost—just your name on it for a specific pickup window at the event. It’s a benefit for speaking up early, skipping the line, and securing your size and fit before it vanishes.

What is an “Event-only Release”?
It’s a drop that is available only at a specific event. “Event-only” means the piece is available exclusively at a specific event—never online, never restocked. If you’re not there, you miss it.

Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us immediately—cancellation is only possible if the item hasn’t shipped.

Shipping & Fulfillment

Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the U.S. International shipping is coming soon—subscribe to our newsletter for updates.

How long does shipping take?
In-stock items ship within 3–5 business days. Pre-orders will ship as soon as they are completed, usually about a month.

Will I receive tracking info?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.

Returns & Exchanges

Do you accept returns?
We accept in-person returns at this time. Items must be unworn.

Can I exchange a relic?
Due to limited quantities, exchanges are not guaranteed. Contact us to check availability.

Payments & Security

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and Shop Pay. All transactions are securely processed via Shopify.

Is my information safe?
Yes. We use industry-standard encryption and never store full payment details. For more, see our Privacy Policy.

Account & Collector Access

Do I need an account to shop?
No, but creating one lets you track orders, and save preferences.

How do I reset my password?
Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the instructions.
